Wheel Chair
Wheelchairs are available for all physically challenged guests on a first – come, first – serve basis. Feel free to ask for a Wheelchair from the Floor Wardens. Wheelchairs are complimentary for use and available.
Drinking Water
Filtered Drinking Water is available at Food Court for Free. Disposable recyclable plastic glasses are available for drinking water.
Medical Emergency
In case of any injury or a medical emergency, please ask for our primary First-Aid services from the floor supervisors. First-Aid is available at the Help Desk.
ATM
Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) are available. The ATMs accept all Indian and International Cards.
Help Desks
The Mall has two large Help Desks areas with a dedicated staff and two Help Kiosks dedicated to serve you any time you visit the Mall. Contact Help Desk for any query, feedback and suggestions. The Wallet service is only available on the Help Desk.
Security support
Agency Security Guards are available for your assistance on all floors round the clock. If you feel you need more security, then please ask for Security support team.
Restroom
Restroom is available for all guests on all floors with handwash. Separated restroom for MEN’S and WOMEN’S is available.
Customer Seating
Customer seating is available to all guests on all floors with Airport benches and plush Leather sofas.
Elevators
Elevators is available on the all floors. Escalator stairs is also available for our customer’s
